✦ Historical Evolution 📜:
Originally founded as the International Scientific and Industrial Cooperation Agency (ISICA) under the “Yggdrasill” Project, with Edward Cooper serving as its core leader.
Following the “Hearing Movement”, ISICA broke away from the global power elite known as The Crimson Pupil, which had been manipulating world affairs, and announced itself as an independent political entity under the name World Scientific and Industrial Consortium (WSIC).
With the arrival of the Darkest Hour, Edward, on his deathbed, transformed the AI system into Themis, a quantum destiny system. The organization was subsequently renamed the “Themis” World Scientific and Industrial Consortium, establishing an absolute fairness doctrine in which internal conflicts are resolved through the Quantum Destiny Device.

Distributed globally in a nodal pattern, composed of observation stations, scientific research centers, institutes, military-industrial facilities, and related organizations spread across the world.

「Politics」
Leveraging the extreme computational power of the Themis system, the World Scientific and Industrial Consortium is able to conduct broad and universal democratic governance. Internal affairs are decided through full-member voting.
Before Edward’s death, the organization maintained a high degree of ideological unity. The system of full democracy, combined with the PI system (“Principal Investigator” / Chief Scientist system) and a cluster-based collaborative research structure, greatly accelerated organizational development.
However, after the Darkest Hour, ideological divergence emerged, giving rise to three factions with different emphases on order, justice, and peace:
Hopers:
Emphasize justice and peace. Advocate incorporating all humanity into the Themis quantum destiny system to reduce meaningless conflicts and struggles among humans.
Supremacist:
Emphasize peace and order. Believe that the elite leadership of the Consortium are the navigators of the Consortium—and of human civilization itself. They support strengthening leadership authority within the Consortium and “optimizing” the algorithms to favor elite groups within the organization.
Counterstrikers:
Emphasize order and justice. Hold that the Consortium still faces threats from multiple external forces and advocate concentrating resources on warfare, abandoning defensive strategies when necessary to ensure the Consortium’s stability and security.
「Economy」
Due to a dramatic rise in productivity and a relatively small population, the Consortium theoretically achieved AI-coordinated distribution according to labor, as well as distribution according to need for certain essential goods. However, after the Darkest Hour, production order was severely disrupted, resource supplies grew increasingly strained, and the original distribution mechanisms faced serious challenges. Hierarchical structures and disparities in resource allocation began to emerge within the organization.

Advocates long-term planning and farsighted rationalism. Upholds rationality, simplicity, and functional Bauhaus modernism, asserting that “form should primarily serve function,” while rejecting “ornate but impractical” traditional art. Architecture and product design favor minimalist geometric forms; the social atmosphere emphasizes respect for knowledge, collectivism, and cooperative spirit.

LandArk — Developed for survival purposes; characterized by robustness and strong practicality, though its mobility is slightly inferior to that of caravan groups.
