✦ Historical Evolution 📜:
After the Darkest Hour, they emerged around the same time as the “Light-Discarders.” The first awakened individuals gained their abilities upon coming into contact with the Void Stone. Harboring powerful beliefs in protection, justice, and compassion, these luminous convictions were externalized by the stone into supernatural powers.
They gradually gathered around the leader known as the “God of Dawn,” Rig, whose radiant power and personal charisma united them into the Envoy of the Final Flame, meaning “the flame that never extinguishes in the twilight of the apocalypse.”
Distributed globally in a nodal pattern, they operate through observation posts, research centers, institutes, military-industrial facilities, and related sites scattered across the world.

「Politics」
Composed of loosely affiliated Psykers, the Envoy lacks rigid hierarchies or formal administrative systems. Membership is entirely voluntary and based on ideological alignment. Any Psyker who embraces the faith of the Final Flame may, upon recommendation by other envoys in the region, act in the name of the Envoy or be selected as a regional coordinator.
Envoys operate in small squads, roaming the Living World in a manner reminiscent of medieval rangers or missionaries. They establish temporary shelters, treat the wounded, protect civilians, and continuously engage the Light-Discarders and other apocalyptic threats.
「Economy」
They do not pursue wealth. Necessary supplies are obtained through their abilities, assistance from others, communal sharing within the Envoy, and scavenging along their journeys.
「Culture」
Emphasizes devotion, guardianship, and the pursuit of truth. Members possess a strong spirit of sacrifice, believing that power is a responsibility meant to protect the weak. They show intense scholarly interest in the origins of the Star Colossus and the Void Stone, seeking to understand the true purpose of the “trial.”
Supernatural phenomena are interpreted as forms of divine intervention, yet the doctrine remains relatively open—focusing on inner light and justice rather than rigid rituals or formal dogma.

Their abilities are manifestations of the awakened individuals’ inner light and constructive beliefs. These powers include, but are not limited to, healing, light-energy manipulation, the creation of energy barriers, physical enhancement, spiritual inspiration (resistance to fear and despair), and environmental purification. Their capabilities are generally oriented toward defense, support, and protection.

They are the eternal enemies of the Light-Discarders, with multiple decisive battles having erupted in regions such as the Ural Mountains. Their current goals are to resist the massacres carried out by the Light-Discarders, rescue as many survivors as possible, and locate The Obelisk, hoping to encounter the Descendants of Three Gods there and seek a final path of redemption for humanity.
